Questions agents ask us.
Straight answers about how LeadsAfterDusk works, what it says and what happens to your data.
Does it replace my negotiators?+
No. It covers the hours your team isn't there and hands anything unusual straight back to them with a one-line summary.
Could it say something wrong?+
It only uses facts you give it: your listings, FAQs and diary. It never quotes a price that isn't in your published listing, and never gives fees or legal answers. Anything it isn't sure of gets a polite holding reply and goes to your team. Like any AI it can occasionally misread something, so every conversation is in your dashboard, and you can switch a branch to approve every reply whenever you like.
Does it book viewings?+
If you connect a calendar, it offers times that are free in it and asks which one suits; if you don't, it asks which days and times suit. Either way it passes the chosen time to your team to confirm. It never commits your diary, your vendor or your landlord on its own.
Does it work with my CRM?+
Yes, whichever you use. It works from the inbox your portal leads already land in, so Alto, Reapit, Jupix, Street or anything else stays exactly as it is.
Which inboxes does it work with?+
Gmail and Google Workspace, and Outlook and Microsoft 365. A branch can connect one of each. Some Microsoft 365 organisations need their IT administrator to approve us the first time. Your CRM doesn't need to change.
Which portals does it read?+
Enquiry emails from Rightmove, Zoopla, OnTheMarket and your own website forms.
What happens to enquirers' data?+
It's used only to reply and arrange viewings for your agency, stored in the UK, never sold, and deleted when you leave. Anyone who asks not to be contacted never is again.
What's the difference between Starter and Pro?+
Starter covers one branch for 12 hours a weekday, 6pm to 6am. Pro covers your first branch for 15 hours a weekday, 6pm to 9am, and keeps going right through the weekend — Friday evening to Monday morning. Extra branches on Pro are £75 a month each, up to seven branches in all. More than seven? Talk to us.
What if the office closes for a few days?+
Switch on holiday mode for the branch and pick how many days. Every enquiry gets an answer straight away, day and night, until it switches itself off, and viewing times are only offered for after you're back. Each branch has up to 10 holiday days a month, on either plan.
What happens when the 14 days are up?+
We don't take a card to start the trial, so there is nothing to cancel and nothing charged by accident. The 14 days run from the day you sign up. Near the end we'll offer you a short optional call, or you can choose a plan yourself in the dashboard at any time. If you don't choose a plan, the service pauses: new enquiries aren't read or answered, while your dashboard stays available to renew. If you choose a plan earlier, payment starts straight away and the rest of the free trial ends.
What if I want to stop?+
Cancel any time in the dashboard or by email — no notice period and no minimum term. The service runs to the end of the month you have paid for. If it hasn't done what we said it would, tell us within 30 days of your first payment and we refund that month in full. Our terms set out the detail.
How long does setup take?+
About ten minutes for one branch: create your account, connect the inbox and diary, set your hours and send yourself a test enquiry. Some Microsoft 365 organisations need an administrator to approve the connection first, which can add time. Prefer a hand? Book a call and we'll do it with you.
How do I sign in?+
Already have an account? Open Sign in, enter your work email and password, then complete two-step sign-in if you have it on. New here? Start your free trial from the same page; no card is needed.
Do I need to talk to anyone to pay or add a branch?+
No. Choose a plan, add branches, change your card, download invoices or cancel in your dashboard, any time. Card payments go through Stripe, so we never see or store your card details.
